De richtlijn heeft tot doel belanghebbenden een transparant beeld te geven van de sociale en milieueffecten van een bedrijf. Als jouw bedrijf verplicht is om verslag uit te brengen, hoe moet jij je daar dan op voorbereiden? We zullen kort uitleggen hoe het proces werkt en waar je rekening mee moet houden.<\/p>\n<p>Volgens ons heeft de implementatie van CSRD twee zijden, namelijk de strategische en de praktische. Het strategische deel richt zich op jouw ambities, doelen en leermomenten, terwijl het praktische deel zich richt op het ontwikkelen van het rapport voor het financi\u00eble verslagjaar. Daaruit komen ambities en doelen op het gebied van milieu, governance en sociale kwesties. Dit vormt de basis voor de invulling van het praktische deel en de keuzes die daarin gemaakt gaan worden. Maak je geen zorgen als nu nog niet alles is uitgewerkt; het praktische proces levert voldoende input en inzichten voor het formuleren van een strategie op een later moment. Het is belangrijk om te beginnen met het maken van nulmetingen, zoals broeikasgasemissies. Het berekenen van baseline Scope 1, 2 en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecomatters.nl\/nl\/services\/duurzaamheidsrapportage\/rapportage-standaarden\/scope-3-berekening\/\">3<\/a> uitstoot is een goede manier om te beginnen met de implementatie van CSRD.[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\"><\/div><style>.vcex-heading.vcex_69da515f71734{font-weight:700;}<\/style><h2 class=\"vcex-heading vcex-heading-plain vcex-module wpex-heading wpex-text-2xl vcex_69da515f71734\"><span class=\"vcex-heading-inner wpex-inline-block\">Praktisch compliance deel<\/span><\/h2><div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\" style=\"height:10px;\"><\/div>[vc_column_text]\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>1.\u00a0 Materialiteit<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Je startpunt in het praktische deel van CSRD is de materialiteitsbeoordeling. Dit proces is ontworpen om te selecteren welke ESG-onderwerpen van belang zijn voor de situatie van jouw bedrijf. Het omvat het uitvoeren van een dubbele materialiteitscan om te begrijpen welke invloed de bedrijfsactiviteiten van jouw bedrijf hebben op jouw context, en hoe risico&#8217;s en kansen vanuit jouw context van invloed zijn op de bedrijfsactiviteiten. Deze beoordeling behandelt het volledige scala aan onderwerpen dat is opgenomen in de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.efrag.org\/lab6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EFRAG-standaarden<\/a> die van toepassing zijn op de CSRD. Het resultaat is een materialiteitsmatrix en een document waarin wordt beschreven hoe je hebt bepaald welke onderwerpen van belang zijn en welke niet. Analyse en meting<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Nu duidelijk is welke disclosures belangrijk zijn, is het tijd om te onderzoeken wat in detail moet worden gerapporteerd. Mogelijk moeten nieuwe datapunten worden vastgelegd, omdat het niet altijd mogelijk is om voort te bouwen op bestaande gegevens. Niet alle benodigde datapunten zullen kwantitatief zijn; CSRD omvat ook veel kwalitatieve aspecten. Denk op dit moment ook goed na over je definities en hoe de gegevens opnieuw kunnen worden vastgelegd voor volgend jaar. Dit kan betekenen dat specifieke KPI&#8217;s moeten worden vastgesteld of beleid moet worden ontwikkeld.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>3. CSRD rapport<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Zodra je tevreden bent dat alle relevante informatie beschikbaar is, is het tijd om het duurzaamheidsrapport te ontwikkelen. Dit moet een eenvoudige oefening zijn, gericht op het openbaar maken van de relevante informatie in overeenstemming met de vereisten uit de EFRAG standaarden.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>4. Audit en assurance<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Zodra het rapport is voltooid, moet het worden gecontroleerd met beperkte mate van zekerheid. Eventuele bevindingen die voortvloeien uit de controle kunnen worden gebruikt als leermomenten voor je toekomstige rapportage cyclus.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"vcex-spacing
