De herziene <a href=\"https:\/\/single-market-economy.ec.europa.eu\/sectors\/construction\/construction-products-regulation-cpr_en\">Verordening Bouwproducten<\/a> (CPR) heeft grote invloed op de manier waarop milieuprestatiegegevens worden beheerd en gecommuniceerd voor producten waarvoor CE-markering vereist is.[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\" style=\"height:10px;\"><\/div><style>.vcex-heading.vcex_6a0359f9cce59{font-weight:700;}<\/style><h2 class=\"vcex-heading vcex-heading-plain vcex-module wpex-heading wpex-text-2xl vcex_6a0359f9cce59\"><span class=\"vcex-heading-inner wpex-inline-block\">Wat je moet weten<\/span><\/h2>[vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]Volgens de herziene CPR moeten producten waarvoor CE-markering nodig is voortaan geverifieerde milieuprestatiegegevens bevatten, verkregen uit een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecomatters.nl\/nl\/services\/product-voetafdruk\/levenscyclusanalyse\/\">levenscyclusanalyse (LCA)<\/a>. Met name de bijdrage aan klimaatverandering (GWP, Global Warming Potential) zal een verplicht onderdeel worden van productverklaringen. Ook andere milieu-impactindicatoren zullen geleidelijk worden ge\u00efntroduceerd. De herziene CPR introduceert een strengere verificatie via het AVCP-systeem 3+, ondersteund door een prestatieverklaring (DoP, Declaration of Performance).[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\"><\/div><style>.vcex-heading.vcex_6a0359f9cd8f9{font-weight:700;}<\/style><h2 class=\"vcex-heading vcex-heading-plain vcex-module wpex-heading wpex-text-2xl vcex_6a0359f9cd8f9\"><span class=\"vcex-heading-inner wpex-inline-block\">CPR-eisen en verwachte ontwikkelingen<\/span><\/h2><div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\" style=\"height:10px;\"><\/div>[vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]Een LCA kwantificeert de milieueffecten van een product gedurende de hele levenscyclus, van grondstofwinning tot aan de eindelevensfase. Fabrikanten moeten LCA-gegevens, in eerste instantie gericht op indicatoren voor klimaatverandering, opnemen in hun DoP. Deze informatieverstrekking stelt stakeholders in staat om producten objectief te vergelijken op basis van de milieuprestaties. Onafhankelijke verificatie door derden is vereist in het AVCP-systeem 3+ en het moet worden uitgevoerd door aangemelde instanties, oftewel onafhankelijke organisaties die door de EU-lidstaten zijn geautoriseerd en erkend.<\/p>\n<p>Vanaf januari 2026 moeten fabrikanten totale, op fossiele brandstoffen gebaseerde en biogene indicatoren voor klimaatverandering rapporteren. Vanaf januari 2030 worden aanvullende impactcategorie\u00ebn verplicht zoals aantasting van de ozonlaag, verzuring en eutrofi\u00ebring. Ten slotte zullen vanaf januari 2032 beoordelingen verder worden uitgebreid met indicatoren zoals menselijke toxiciteit, fijnstof en landgebruik.[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\"><\/div><style>.vcex-heading.vcex_6a0359f9ce4db{font-weight:700;}<\/style><h2 class=\"vcex-heading vcex-heading-plain vcex-module wpex-heading wpex-text-2xl vcex_6a0359f9ce4db\"><span class=\"vcex-heading-inner wpex-inline-block\">Hoe je LCA-studies aansluiten op de CPR<\/span><\/h2><div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\" style=\"height:10px;\"><\/div>[vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]Houd rekening met deze belangrijke aspecten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bestrijk de volledige levenscyclus en gebruik relevante gegevens<\/strong>: LCA-berekeningen moeten de volledige levenscyclus van een product vastleggen, van de grondstofwinning tot de verwerking aan het einde van de levensduur. De invoergegevens moeten betrouwbaar, representatief en up-to-date zijn.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Volg de product-specifieke norm<\/strong>: Voor elk bouwproduct wordt een geharmoniseerde Europese norm opgesteld die de eisen specificeert voor milieuprestatiegegevens. Zorg er bij het uitvoeren van een LCA voor dat je voldoet aan de norm van jouw productcategorie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sluit aan op circulaire economie-principes<\/strong>: een LCA moet de duurzaamheid, recyclebaarheid en herbruikbaarheid van producten beoordelen. Zorg ervoor dat je vermeldt hoe de verwachte levensduur is berekend, wat mogelijke reparatie- en onderhoudsscenario\u2019s zijn en de relevante scenario&#8217;s aan het einde van de levensduur. Bovendien moeten voor hergebruikte producten ook de de-installatie- en demontageprocessen v\u00f3\u00f3r de tweede levenscyclus worden gedekt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Houd rekening met uitbreiding van LCA-indicatoren<\/strong>: Naast de milieu-indicator klimaatverandering zullen geleidelijk aanvullende milieu-indicatoren worden vereist. De veelgebruikte Product Category Rules (PCR) voor bouwproducten, EN 15804+A2, maken het al mogelijk om deze impactcategorie\u00ebn te beoordelen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Integreer met digitale productpaspoorten (DPP&#8217;s)<\/strong>: Milieuprestatiegegevens worden opgenomen in digitale productpaspoorten, waardoor een transparant, digitaal overzicht van de milieuvoetafdruk van een product ontstaat.
