De VSME-standaard biedt een passend, niet-verplicht raamwerk dat bedrijven in staat stelt om hun duurzaamheidsprestaties te communiceren naar klanten, toegang te krijgen tot financi\u00eble markten en intern duurzaamheidsmanagement te verbeteren. Daarbij speelt dat grotere bedrijven in toenemende mate om duurzaamheidsgerelateerde informatie van hun toeleveranciers vragen.  <\/p>\n<p>De EFRAG (European Financial Reporting Advisory Group) heeft de VSME-standaard ontwikkeld om het mkb een eenvoudiger raamwerk voor duurzaamheidsrapportage te bieden. Het dient als een vereenvoudigd alternatief voor de ESRS, die verplicht is voor grotere ondernemingen die CSRD-verplichtingen hebben. Vooral door de publicatie van de Omnibus-verordening door de EU wordt de VSME steeds belangrijker, omdat veel bedrijven niet langer onder de CSRD\/ESRS-verplichting zullen vallen.[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\"><\/div><style>.vcex-heading.vcex_6a1b25fc97df2{font-weight:700;}<\/style><h2 class=\"vcex-heading vcex-heading-plain vcex-module wpex-heading wpex-text-2xl vcex_6a1b25fc97df2\"><span class=\"vcex-heading-inner wpex-inline-block\">Waarom kiezen voor de VSME-standaard?<\/span><\/h2><div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\" style=\"height:10px;\"><\/div>[vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]Ontwikkeld door EFRAG, biedt de standaard een duidelijke en gestructureerde methode om te rapporteren over duurzaamheidsthema\u2019s. VSME-rapportage biedt de volgende voordelen: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Concurrentievoordeel: <\/strong>Bedrijven die proactief duurzaamheidsgegevens openbaar maken, <strong>kunnen zich onderscheiden richting (potenti\u00eble) klanten<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Betere toegang tot financiering<\/strong>: Banken en investeerders vragen steeds vaker om ESG-data voor investerings- of kredietbeslissingen.
