Het doel van een PEF-studie is om de milieu-impact van een product te bepalen in een breed scala van geharmoniseerde impactcategorie\u00ebn, evenals het bepalen van een PEF-score die eerlijke vergelijkingen mogelijk maakt. Resultaten kunnen mogelijk worden gebruikt voor interne besluitvorming, productontwikkeling, benchmarking van prestaties met het branchegemiddelde en het aanvragen van een PEF-score-label wanneer deze beschikbaar is.[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\"><\/div><style>.vcex-heading.vcex_69e4e7fe204fe{font-weight:700;}<\/style><h2 class=\"vcex-heading vcex-heading-plain vcex-module wpex-heading wpex-text-2xl vcex_69e4e7fe204fe\"><span class=\"vcex-heading-inner wpex-inline-block\">Hoe ziet het proces eruit?<\/span><\/h2><div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\" style=\"height:10px;\"><\/div>[vc_column_text]De relevante PEFCR zet de regels over hetgeen dat in de systeemgrenzen moet worden opgenomen, welke modelleringskeuzes moeten worden gemaakt, over welke impactcategorie\u00ebn moeten worden gerapporteerd en hoe resultaten moeten worden gekwantificeerd en gepresenteerd. De milieu-impact van het onderzochte product moet uiteindelijk worden gepresenteerd in een PEF-rapport dat voldoet aan de PEFCR en moet worden ontwikkeld op basis het PEF-rapportsjabloon. Ten slotte wordt een beoordeling van het PEF-rapport uitgevoerd door een onafhankelijke beoordelaar.[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\"><\/div><style>.vcex-heading.vcex_69e4e7fe21135{font-weight:700;}<\/style><h2 class=\"vcex-heading vcex-heading-plain vcex-module wpex-heading wpex-text-2xl vcex_69e4e7fe21135\"><span class=\"vcex-heading-inner wpex-inline-block\">De stappen bij de ontwikkeling van het PEF-rapport<\/span><\/h2><div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\" style=\"height:10px;\"><\/div>[vc_column_text]\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Data verzameling &#8211; <\/strong>De fabrikant wordt gevraagd informatie te verstrekken over het productieproces. Om dit process soepel te laten verlopen hebben we data verzameling sjablonen die precies de data vragen die vereist zijn volgens de PEF(CR).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>LCA-modellering &#8211; <\/strong>Onze LCA-expert gebruikt de verzamelde data en standaardparameters in de PEF-methode\/PEFCR om een \u200b\u200bLCA-model te cre\u00ebren dat de levenscyclus van het product weerspiegelt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Levenscyclus impact beoordeling (life cycle impact assessment) &#8211; <\/strong>In deze stap worden de emissies, grondstofwinningen en andere vormen over milieu impact omgezet in een impactresultaat voor elk van de 16 afzonderlijke milieu impactcategorie\u00ebn. Deze resultaten kunnen worden gebruikt om inzicht te krijgen in welke impactcategorie\u00ebn het meest relevant zijn voor de milieuprestatie van het product en welke levenscyclusfasen en -processen de grootste impact veroorzaken in elk van de impactcategorie\u00ebn.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Vervolgens worden de effecten in elke categorie vertaald naar \u00e9\u00e9n finale PEF-score. Dit proces is gebaseerd op universele (productonafhankelijke) vertaalfactoren die zijn ontwikkeld door het Europese Gemeenschappelijk Centrum voor Onderzoek (JRC) en worden aanbevolen door de Europese Commissie. De score houdt rekening met de jaarlijkse impact van de gemiddelde Europese burger over een jaar, evenals het relatieve belang van elke impactcategorie. Deze PEF-score is de basis voor externe benchmarking binnen en buiten de branche.[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\"><\/div><style>.vcex-heading.vcex_69e4e7fe21e8b{font-weight:700;}<\/style><h2 class=\"vcex-heading vcex-heading-plain vcex-module wpex-heading wpex-text-2xl vcex_69e4e7fe21e8b\"><span class=\"vcex-heading-inner wpex-inline-block\">Beoordeling van de PEF studie<\/span><\/h2><div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\" style=\"height:10px;\"><\/div>[vc_column_text]De verificatie en validatie van de PEF-studie is verplicht wanneer (een deel van) de PEF-studie bedoeld is om te worden gebruikt voor een bepaalde vorm van externe communicatie. Een beoordelaar geeft een verklaring af waarin wordt aangegeven dat de PEF-studie conform de PEFCR is, of wijst op noodzakelijke verbeteringen.
