In de praktijk is het echter vaak moeilijk om de aanwezigheid van gevaarlijke stoffen in het gerecyclede product volledig uit te sluiten vanwege de gemengde afvalstromen die als grondstof dienen.[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\"><\/div><style>.vcex-heading.vcex_69e88fa787f34{font-size:20px;font-weight:600;}<\/style><h2 class=\"vcex-heading vcex-heading-plain vcex-module wpex-heading wpex-text-2xl vcex_69e88fa787f34\"><span class=\"vcex-heading-inner wpex-inline-block\">De SCIP database<\/span><\/h2><div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\" style=\"height:10px;\"><\/div>[vc_column_text]De SCIP-database bevat informatie over zorgwekkende stoffen in artikelen als zodanig of in complexe objecten (producten). Het doel is om de vervanging van gevaarlijke chemicali\u00ebn en de overgang naar een veiligere circulaire economie te bevorderen. Zo wordt gewaarborgd dat de informatie gedurende de gehele levenscyclus van producten en materialen beschikbaar is, ook in de afvalfase.[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\"><\/div><style>.vcex-heading.vcex_69e88fa789707{font-size:20px;font-weight:600;}<\/style><h2 class=\"vcex-heading vcex-heading-plain vcex-module wpex-heading wpex-text-2xl vcex_69e88fa789707\"><span class=\"vcex-heading-inner wpex-inline-block\">Wie informatie moet aanleveren<\/span><\/h2><div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\" style=\"height:10px;\"><\/div>[vc_column_text]A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecomatters.nl\/nl\/services\/wetgeving\/reach\/svhc-screening\/\">Substance of Very High Concern (SVHC)<\/a> needs to be present in an article in a concentration above 0.1% to trigger the submission requirement.<\/p>\n<p>The following suppliers of articles will need to submit information to the SCIP database:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>EU producers and assemblers;<\/li>\n<li>EU importers; and<\/li>\n<li>EU distributors of articles and other actors who place articles on the market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Retailers and other actors supplying articles directly to consumers do not need to submit information to ECHA.<\/p>\n<p>Producers and distributors of articles produced outside of the EU do not have direct obligations under the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecomatters.nl\/nl\/services\/wetgeving\/kaderrichtlijn-afvalstoffen\/\">Waste Framework Directive<\/a>.
