Eelco van IJken

Eelco van IJken is a senior consultant with extensive expertise in corporate reporting aligned with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), energy audits and savings measures, and End-of-Waste assessments. In addition to his direct involvement in project content, Eelco contributes to grant applications and project acquisition efforts.

Previously, he served as a cleantech innovation manager, working on several pan-European innovation projects. His diverse background spans urban planning, innovation sourcing, business development, and policy development. He specialises in adopting a holistic approach, quickly identifying challenges, and prototyping effective solutions to advance innovation.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from Hogeschool Utrecht and a master’s degree from the University of Amsterdam.
