Robert Jan Volders

Robert Jan Volders joined Ecomatters in November 2023 as as a sustainability consultant. He holds a BSc in Industrial Design Engineering from TU Delft and a MSc Industrial Ecology from TU Delft/University of Leiden. Over the years he specialised in sustainable product design and life cycle assessment.

Previously he worked as a project lead on the development and management of sustainability criteria and certification schemes, as well as implementation and certification for the EU Ecolabel in the Netherlands.

When he is not geeking out about sustainability, you can find him whipping up delicious low-impact meals, exploring new music and playing basketball and guitar.
