Jur Remeijn

Jur is a dedicated sustainability consultant with extensive expertise in product and organisational sustainability. He has comprehensive experience conducting LCA studies, including the development of EPDs, as well as studies covering Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions (GHG Protocol). In addition, Jur has worked on projects involving broader corporate reporting on ESG topics, with reporting according to GRI standards and compliance with the European CSRD legislation. With his interests and enthusiasm for everything related to sustainability, he is always eager to apply his skills to support a wide range of clients.

Before joining Ecomatters in May 2022, Jur earned a BSc in Astrophysics and a master’s degree in ‘Science, Management & Innovation’ from the Radboud University. For his thesis, he conducted an environmental assessment of emission reduction strategies in the steel industry.

Outside of work, Jur enjoys exploring nature through hiking, indulging in popcorn at the movies, and volunteering for the Dutch animal protection organisation.
