Freya Goffart De Roeck

Freya graduated as a bioscience engineer specialized in environmental technology at Ghent University. During her studies and master’s thesis, she expanded her knowledge and skills in life cycle assessment and environmental legislation.

She joined Ecomatters as a sustainability consultant in 2021, where she performs LCAs and develops EPDs for several sectors, including electronics, metals and biobased materials, and for different EPD programs. She is also involved in projects relating to sustainability reporting and the product environmental footprint method. She enjoys the variety in projects, but also to thoroughly understand any situation and find the best solution.
